Refund and Return Policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR STB BOXES

Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date you receive the order. After the 30 days, we can’t, unfortunately, accept the return or give you an exchange.

When the product is returned it will be inspected and tested by our staff.

1. If the product is NOT physically damaged but is NOT functioning, you will be given a full refund plus the shipping charge you paid.

2. If the product is physically damaged upon return no refunds or exchanges will be given even if it is before the 30 day deadline.

3. If the product is NOT physically damaged but IS functioning properly and the packaging is in good resaleable condition, you will be given a full refund minus the flat-rate shipping charge we paid to ship it to you ($9.95).

4. If the product is NOT physically damaged but IS functioning properly and the packaging is in bad condition, you will be given a full refund minus the flat-rate shipping charge we paid to ship it to you ($9.95) and minus a repackaging fee of $15.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the reason.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
